Welcome to Simi's Kitchen.
My informal cookery courses are perhaps more akin to dinner at a friend's house than a formal class. We nibble, drink, chat, cook and then eat the food we have prepared. The evening ends with Iranian sweets and chai. Come, prepare and enjoy examples of the celebrated cuisine of Persia and especially Azerbaijan, with me, in my home in the beautiful city of Bath. My daytime, evening and weekend courses can be customised for parties of between two and six. It is the perfect way to learn and indulge your love of food with friends, family, colleagues and like minds. I look forward to meeting you.
